Is there a customer service line, need more instruction on how to use it, how to adjust straps, is not 'quick & easy' to put on and use. Can you plz email a video with detailed instructions on how to wear, and adjust the knee straps. Looking forward to using it, get the results of better posture while working at desk.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well it works. I’m planning to use it on a plane, and tried it for about an hour while working at my desk. I actually felt a difference!

Well I didn't realize there were two sizes until I placed my order. I wasn't sure which size to order so I got the large thinking I could us it and my husband could also use it. Well, it really is too big for me! I use it but it doesn't seem to fit my back properly.

It's great! It's easy to use and it's interesting how easy it is to sit with good posture when you're wearing it. Good posture just feels good and natural. And, most importantly, it is training me to have good posture when I'm NOT wearing it. Excellent product, well made and does just what it was advertised to do. I highly recommend it. :)

I got this for myself and possibly for a client. I like that it’s relatively easy to put on, and it feels wonderful. I work with a stroke survivor, and she has trouble sitting upright for more than 5 minutes. She tried it today and was able to sit upright comfortably for 15 minutes; definitely a record for her!

I’ve worn this for longer periods of time than the recommended 15 minutes and find that does reduce my back pain significantly. Not a cure but along with my inversion table and exercise it helps to avoid the pain associated with long sessions in fron5 if the computer.

Very similar to using a yoga meditation belt to stabilize pelvis, activates parasympathetic nervous system, and keeps my back in its natural curvature with much less muscular effort. Soft and comfortable.
Very disappointed. Doesn’t really function as advertised in my experience. I wish I hadn’t ordered, but I don’t have the original packaging to return. It was tossed.

The fit is just not right - can't get the knees to feel comfortable and the back don't feel right either - not happy at all.

I have arthritis the entire length of my spine. I just recently got a new dog and all the bending has almost crippled me. I decided to try your product because nothing else helps and I’m in agony most of the time. I can sit in a chair wearing Better Back and it provides support in my lumbar area, at least when I’m wearing it, to give me some relief. Thank you so much! I’m grateful for the reprieve of my pain!
If you have back pain, I highly recommend you try this product. It may or may not totally cure you, but you will probably find relief and sometimes that’s all you need!

Instant relief…that’s all I can say! INSTANT RELIEF!!!
So far so good, I’m only a week into using it. I believe there’s some positive results so far but it’s still too early to tell for long-term. I’m looking forward to seeing where I’m at after 30 days and hopefully be able to give a full five star review.
