Please fill out your return request HERE and we'll get back to you ASAP.
You can search your email for hi@getbetterback.com to find your original order # (or send us an email and we'll look it up for you).
When your request is approved, we'll send an email with shipping instructions, so you can pack up and return your like new BetterBack/SuperStraps in original packaging (including all printed inserts) within 60 days from the receipt of your shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made. We'll be refunding your account the full purchase amount if your BetterBack/SuperStraps are received in like new, resellable condition, less the cost of any prepaid return shipping label. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Don't forget, we need the original packaging and all printed inserts (returning your BetterBack/SuperStraps without them will be a $5 restocking fee). We also cannot accept a return if your item(s) arrives damaged or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.
