If you find you are having trouble with your BetterBack gear, the set-up, or have a concern, please contact us at hi@getbetterback.com. We have found that most concerns are quickly resolved through a brief communication with one of our customer care agents. They would love to assist you!

60-day return policy:

You may return your items at any time within the first 60 days after delivery. To begin the process and to receive a return shipping label, please click this link to go to our easy return portal: RETURN PORTAL 

Please note the following: 

  • The returns must be in new condition.

  • Your refund will be issued in 3-5 business days after the return has been received. We will refund for the value paid for the product, shipping will not be refunded. Any fee's paid for return protection through Redo also will not be refunded.

  • Jayflex will not provide additional packaging to return your items.

  • If you choose to ship back in something other than the original packaging, then you may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees as we have negotiated discounted rates based on the exact dimensions of our products.

  • If you did not pay for Return Shipping coverage through Redo, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fee's. 
  • We do not refund digital items

 

    APO/FPO/DPO/PO Boxes: Exchanges and returns to APO/FPO/DPO/PO Boxes cannot be managed by BetterBack. In this instance, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses and label creation. Please reach out to hi@getbetterback.com for details.

    International Orders: We currently only ship within the USA.
